The language you use with your buyers should be carefully crafted. Each word spoken should and will have a form of psychological effect on the mind of the buyer. There are very specific techniques you can perform on the buyer through conversation, rapport building, presentation, and closing that will go unnoticed consciously, but will make it through the subconscious mind. These techniques bypass a person’s critical faculty completely undetected but ultimately impact/influence the brain’s decision process.  One Subliminal technique we use is the words “Buy Now.”  We will inject these words into the buyer’s experience with us in the homes multiple times subliminally. For instance one of our crafted language deliverables goes something like this: “BUY NOW Mr. Jones you should have a much better understanding of how the advanced safety slip shower base on your new shower system is going to work for you.”
